If you’ve been looking for a craft beer bar with great eats in the Midtown area of Miami, then check out Don Deo Brewing Company. With a laid-back venue that includes both indoor and outside dining available they opened their doors back in December 2017 with 26 craft beers on tap and a great variety of bottled beers.
Don Deo owner Josè and Miami food blogger May held a special event this past weekend. Josè shared his inspiring story of coming to the US from Venezuela, his love of craft beer and his start with home brewing.
We got a showcase of some of their incredible menu items including personal favorites of buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, Mediterranean burger and a steak pincho salad. This isn’t even covering their insane cheese and charcuterie boards.
As far as their craft beer selection. It was an excellent mix of popular Florida breweries such as Civil Society, Barrel of Monks, J. Wakefield, MIA Beer Co, Devour Brewing and more. On top of those there are many out of state greats such as Bell’s, Clown Shoes, Knee Deep, North Coast and Lord Hobo.
Everything was fairly priced, and they offer happy hour specials every weekday 3pm-7pm. Overall, I was very impressed with Don Deo and would definitely recommend giving them a visit.
Remember, you can visit Don Deo Brewing Company at 275 NE 18 ST, Unity 107, Miami, FL 33132.
